Welcome! I’m Nicole Roach, a passionate fitness instructor and wellness advocate. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga to students of all ages and abilities, guiding them toward greater strength, flexibility, and inner peace. In addition to yoga practice, I specialize in guided meditation, offering both custom and standard sessions to fit your unique needs. My goal is to help students cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and build mental resilience in ways that resonate with their lifestyle.

Beyond yoga and meditation, I also teach sculpt and cardio classes, combining dynamic movement with breathwork for a well-rounded fitness experience. These classes are designed to boost endurance, improve strength, and leave you feeling energized.

As a Clinical Nutritionist, I understand the importance of fueling the body properly and staying informed on the latest developments in health and wellness. I continuously update my knowledge with the most current trends and research to provide holistic guidance for my clients.
