  • We offer a variety of training options to meet different goals, including:

    • Meditation and mindfulness sessions to promote mental clarity and stress relief.

    • Sculpt and strength training for muscle toning and endurance.

    • General fitness programs to improve cardiovascular health, mobility, and overall strength.

  • Yes! We offer flexible online personal training sessions through Zoom. You can choose 30-minute or 45-minute virtual sessions tailored to your goals, whether you’re focusing on yoga, fitness, or guided meditation.

  • You can book your sessions directly through our online scheduling system. Simply select the session type and time that works best for you. If it’s your first time, we recommend starting with the 15-minute phone consultation (free) to explore your needs and goals.

  • For most sessions, minimal equipment is required.

    • Yoga sessions: A yoga mat and optional props (blocks or straps).

    • Sculpt and fitness training: Resistance bands or small weights are optional but helpful.

    • Meditation: A quiet space and comfortable seating.

    • 15-Minute Phone Consultation: Free

    • 60-Minute Intake Session: $60

    • 45-Minute Session: $45

    30-Minute Session: $30
    Discounts may apply for packages or long-term commitments.

  • Absolutely! After your intake session, we design a personalized plan based on your fitness level, preferences, and goals. Each session will build on this plan to help you stay on track and see steady progress.

    • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

    • Refunds:

      • If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

      • If you miss a session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

      • Refunds for packages are only available for unused sessions, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Yes! We provide group training options for yoga, meditation, and fitness. Group sessions can be arranged online or onsite for teams, families, or friends. Group rates are available upon request.

  • Our trainers are experienced in adapting exercises for injuries or medical conditions. Please mention any specific concerns during your intake session so we can create a safe and effective plan for you.
